We support channels, production houses and individual productions to ensure their neurodivergent talent are supported to do their best work, both on- and off-screen. We audit processes, venues and locations to ensure best practice inclusivity.

Inclusion & training programmes

We develop and deliver inclusion and training programmes for organisations and companies. Chris ran the Reframing Disability in Media programme at Media Trust, and developed a disability training programme which now forms part of the BBC Academy.

Training & speaking

We offer training on neurodiversity in broadcast so that teams feel comfortable and confident working with neurodivergent talent and team members. We can also create support resources to serve as an ongoing guide and reference for teams and productions. We have delivered training for Viacom’s senior leadership alongside disabled influencer Samantha Renkea and motivational speaking for Discovery.

Creative direction & script consultancy

We advise on stories based on neurodivergence or including neurodivergent characters, ensuring they are authentic and  representative as well as powerful. Chris has been a script consultant on feature film The Last Right and has advised on shows including Hollyoaks and Eastenders.
